‘Not everything that is faced can be changed; but nothing can be changed until it is faced.’ James Baldwin.
I am a counselling psychotherapist, based in London and Oxford.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals working in highly-demanding roles within the professional service sector. Pressures at work can compromise the quality of our personal relationships, which in turn can undermine professional performance.
Most people who embark on the search for a counsellor find the jargon and approaches intimidating. This is entirely understandable. In essence, my role is very simple – to help you in the most effective way to identify and address the issues you face, and then move on.
Seeking help is a difficult first step. The essence of counselling is a relationship of trust. If you are interested in working with me please email me via the form on the contact page, so that we can arrange an initial phone call or meeting.
